firmware missing for HVR-1600 card

Description

In the default install the cx18 driver seems to load but it complains that it cannot find the firmware. After copying the 3 firmware files into /lib/firmware everything worked fine and seems to work correctly.

the 3 files:
v4l-cx23418-apu.fw
v4l-cx23418-cpu.fw
v4l-cx23418-dig.fw
