Description
/etc/rc.d/mythbackend
The PID file (/var/run/mythbackend.pid) is not created thus rendering the restart and stop functions inoperable.
The logfile (/var/log/mythbackend.log) is not created either.

The way to start/stop/restart the backend is via sv.
sv start mythbackend
sv restart mythbackend
sv stop mythbackend
