I just wanted to add [[http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=23981|this info]] on using NVIDIA GPU to fold.

I have done an initial implementation of folding.
It is now available for selection in the Service->Software menu (6th page).
Please test and report any issues.

When you click on the local website link "My Folding Status" you get a 404 error. This can be fixed if you add "MyFolding.html", to line 46 of /etc/lighttpd/lighttpd.conf or if you use the path foldingathome/MyFolding.html on the local website index page.

When F@H is installed, it symlinks index.html to MyFolding.html. This tested fine on upon installing. Was that not the case for you?

It did not seem to happen. I just pacman -R --nosave foldingathome and cleaned out my htdocs and such. I then installed via the LinHES setup menu and things seem fine now.
