No irblaster option pvr150

Description
There is no Option to install the irblaster portion of the pvr150. Would make it easier for users to setup the Hauppauge remote and irblaster with dish during installation.

This will get love after SCALE.

Because of the way the pvr-150 works the change channel script will need to be setup manually.
However selecting the blaster as an option is now present.
