Xine doesn't work from the menu for DVD playback until it's been run manually once

Description
This sound pretty familiar. Without a config file (which gets initialized when you run it with no args from the command line) xine doesn't work out of the box. FWIW - This was using a DVD produced for testing from a recorded movie with MythArchive under R5.5. Once the config had been initialized it worked just fine.
The big problem with this last time we ran into it was the default key configs.

xine-lib now copies in a generic config file.
