setup doesn't create /home/mythtv/.mythtv/lircrc file

Description
Ran setup and selected Hauppauge remote, finished installing and remote wouldn't work. Poked around and found out that /home/mythtv/.mythtv/lircrc was just an empty file. Cut and pasted one from the web and it works now, or as well as it could with the grey remote file instead of the hauppauge bullet remote.

probably symlinked however, it doesn't work without something in that file.
