Description
I am not aware of any way for most users to know about the bug tracker or new wiki. If you go to www.linhes.org the links are all of the old knoppmyth links. The forum also does not appear to have any links to these.
We should add links to both the forum and www.linhes.org to point to the new wiki (and maintain the old) as well as to the bug tracker.

The header is an imagemap, so I left it alone.

Good stuff on the linhes.org site. I would also recommend that we add links in the forum as well.
