Description

mythweb should be moved outside of htdocs.
This will require adding a alias for lighttpd.

move mythweb bits out of lighttpd.conf.
The mythweb package now includes it's own include files and will add/remove as required to the lighttpd configuration

mythweb is now located in /data/srv/httpd/mythweb
The mythweb package also now contains the lighttpd conf files specific to it vs be included in the main lighttpd conf file.
