Backup/restore need to be run sudo root

Description
Running backup or restore from the menus produces a large number of "Operation not permitted" errors because the scripts are apparently not being run with root privilege. In previous versions this was done by running these using sudo and granting the mythtv user permission to run these scripts.

The menus already seem to have sudo, and the scripts run.
